A diiodo distyryl boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) core was conjugated to two ferrocenyl quenchers through acid‐labile ketal and/or thiol‐cleavable disulfide linkers, of which the fluorescence and photosensitizing properties were significantly quenched through a photoinduced electron‐transfer process. The two symmetrical analogues that contained either the ketal or disulfide linkers could only be activated by a single stimulus, whereas the unsymmetrical analogue was responsive to dual stimuli. Upon interaction with acid and/or dithiothreitol (DTT), these linkers were cleaved selectively. The separation of the BODIPY core and the ferrocenyl moieties restored the photoactivities of the former in phosphate buffered saline and inside the MCF‐7 breast cancer cells, rendering these compounds as potential activable photosensitizers for targeted photodynamic therapy. The dual activable analogue exhibited the greatest enhancement in intracellular fluorescence intensity in both an acidic environment (pH 5) and the presence of DTT (4 mm ). Its photocytotoxicity against MCF‐7 cells also increased by about twofold upon preincubation with 4 mm of DTT. The activation of this compound was also demonstrated in nude mice bearing a HT29 human colorectal carcinoma. A significant increase in fluorescence intensity in the tumor was observed over 9 h after intratumoral injection.  相似文献

A bidentate ligand, 1‐{4‐[4‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)phenoxy]phenyl}‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole (TPPT), has been designed and synthesized. By using TPPT as a building block for self‐assembly with Cd(NO3)2 ? 4 H2O and CdCl2 ? 10.5 H2O, novel 1D double‐chain {[Cd(TPPT)(NO3)2] ? 3 H2O}n ( 1 ) and 2D (4,4) layer [Cd(TPPT)Cl2(H2O)]n ( 2 ) have been constructed. When 1 was employed as a precursor and exposed to DMF or N,N′‐dimethylacetamide (DMAC), the crystals of 1 dissolved and reassembled into two types of brown block‐shaped crystals of 1D double chains: {[Cd(TPPT)2(NO3)2] ? DMF}n ( 1 a ) and {[Cd(TPPT)2(NO3)2] ? DMAC}n ( 1 b ). The anion‐exchange reactions of complex 2 have also been investigated. After gently stirring crystals of 2 in CHCl3/C2H5OH/H2O containing NaBr, NaI ? 2 H2O, or NaOAc ? 3 H2O, the crystals retained their crystalline appearances. A remarkable single crystal to single crystal transformation was observed and 1D double chains of {[Cd(TPPT)Br2] ? C2H5OH}n ( 2 a ) and {[Cd(TPPT)2I2] ? CHCl3}n ( 2 b ), and 1D single chains of [Cd(TPPT)(H2O)2(CH3COO)2]n ( 2 c ), can be obtained. Luminescent properties indicate that 1 shows excellent selectivity for Ca2+ and cyano complexes. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example of a luminescent probe for Ca2+ based on triazole derivatives.  相似文献

CO2-3掺杂是提高纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)生物活性的有效方法之一。以 Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 和Na3PO4·12H2O为主要原料,Na2CO3作为CO2-3来源,合成纳米碳羟基磷灰石(n-CHA)晶体。采用TEM , XRD ,FTIR ,RS对合成晶体形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明:合成的n-HA晶体长度约为60~80 nm ,宽度在20~30 nm之间,形状为针状,具有良好的结晶度,与自然骨磷灰石形貌相似;n-CHA晶体随CO2-3掺入量的增加,结晶度降低;合成的 n-CHA晶体的晶胞参数 a值随着CO2-3加入量的增大不断收缩,但 c值增大,参数比c/a值增大,符合B型取代(取代PO3-4)的晶胞参数变化规律。红外谱图中,872 cm -1附近出现AB混合型取代(同时取代O H -,PO3-4)的CO2-3面外弯曲振动特征红外峰,同时CO2-3的不对称伸缩振动红外峰在1454和1420 cm -1附近出现分裂峰,1540 cm -1附近出现弱CO2-3峰;1122 cm -1附近出现CO2-3对称伸缩振动拉曼峰,1071 cm -1附近出现CO2-3的B型替代特征拉曼峰,通过计算PO3-4,CO2-3,O H -拉曼峰的积分面积比PO3-4/CO2-3,O H -/CO23,PO3-4/O H -,表明CO2-3在替换时,先以B型为主,随着CO2-3掺入量的增加,发生A型替代(取代O H -)。实验结果表明,合成的磷灰石晶体为B型取代(取代PO3-4)为主的AB混合型取代的 n-CHA。与人骨磷灰石晶体在形态、尺寸、晶体结构和生长方式上具有相似性,可称为类骨磷灰石。  相似文献

In this study, octylbenzimidazolium-modified silica (BeImC8-Sil) was prepared by covalent attachment of 1-octylbenzimidazole to γ-chloropropyl silica. The synthesized materials were characterized by the elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and thermogravimetric analysis. Due to the introduction of phenyl and octyl groups on the quaternary imidazolium, the developed BeImC8-Sil column can function via both reversed-phase and anion-exchange retention mechanisms. The chromatographic properties of the synthesized material were investigated by the separations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, mono-substituted derivatives of benzene, anilines, and phenols, revealing the existence of multiple interactions, including hydrogen bonding, π–π stacking, electrostatic forces, and hydrophobic interactions in reversed-phase mode; inorganic and organic anions were also separated mainly through anion-exchange interaction. The proposed BeImC8-Sil is a promising mixed-mode stationary phase for the separation of complex samples in high-performance liquid chromatography.

In this study, an assay to quantify the presence of aluminum ions with a receptor containing naphthol and quinoline moieties was developed using a turn-on fluorescence enhancement approach. Upon treatment with aluminum ions, the fluorescence of the receptor was enhanced at 510 nm due to the formation of a complex between the ligand and aluminum ions at room temperature. As the concentration of Al3+ was increased, the fluorescence gradually increased. Other metal ions, such as K+, Ag+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Cd2+, Cr3+, Fe3+, In3+, had no significant effect on the fluorescence.  相似文献

The inclusion‐complexation behavior of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) with the three polyamine‐modified β‐cyclodextrins (CDs) 1 – 3 was investigated in both solution and the solid state by means of NMR, XRD, and FT‐IR spectroscopy. The results showed that the apparent solubility of CoQ10 increased linearly upon addition of hosts 1 – 3 , giving AL‐type phase‐solubility curves. These hosts 1 – 3 were able to solubilize CoQ10 to high levels, up to 1.35, 1.52, and 1.44 mg/ml (calculated as CoQ10), respectively. The host 2 with a moderate‐length chain is the most suitable for inclusion complexation of CoQ10. Accroding to the ROESY experiments, the MeO groups of CoQ10 and the tether of 2 can be co‐included into the cavity of β‐CD through the induced‐fit interaction between host and guest. The binding ability of modified β‐CDs 1 – 3 upon complexation with CoQ10 are discussed from the viewpoints of the size/shape‐matching relationship and the induced‐fit concept between host CDs and guest CoQ10 molecule.  相似文献

In the present study, sec-nonylphenoxy acetic acid (CA100) and its mixtures with four neutral organophosphorus extractants, tri-butyl-phosphate (TBP), 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid di-2-ethyl ester (DEHEHP), Cyanex923, and Cyanex925 have been applied to the extraction of rare earths. Results show that all the four mixing systems do not have evident synergistic effects on the extraction of rare earths. The different extraction effects have been considered to the separation of rare earths. The four mixtures may be applied to the separation of yttrium from some certain lanthanoids at proper mole fractions of CA100.  相似文献

The preparation of new chiral 1,3-diamine ligand systems based on the 1,1′-methylene-bis(1,1′,2,2′,3,3′,4,4′-octahydroisoquinoline) framework is described. Synthesis of various mono-, di-, and bridged N-alkyl derivatives are presented. Resolution of one compound, its Cu(I)Br X-ray crystallographic structure and the preliminary results on its application in the enantioselective Henry and Aldol reactions are disclosed.  相似文献

A new manganese(II) complex [Mn3(bidc)2(C2O4)(H2O)10]n ( 1 ) (bidc = benzimidazole‐5,6‐dicarboxylate) was synthesized and characterized by X‐ray crystallography. X‐ray diffraction shows that complex 1 has a neutral, one‐dimensional (1D) brick wall chain structure. With the intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions, the adjacent chains are joined into a 3D suparmolecular architecture. IR spectroscopy and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements were made, which indicated weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the MnII ions in complex 1 .  相似文献
